Long Stay Terminals 1 or 3
On Arrival
You can check in from 3pm. You should drive straight to the Long Stay car park at Terminals 1 and 3 and drop your car off before you check into the hotel. The hotel is connected to Terminals 1 and 3 by a covered moving walkway. You should bring a copy of your booking confirmation to the car park with you.
At the entry barrier, just scan the barcode on your booking confirmation. The barrier will lift - if it doesn't, press the buzzer so you can speak to a member of staff. Then just park your car and wait for the shuttle bus to Terminals 1 and 3, which runs 24 hours a day, every 10 minutes. Transfers take just five minutes and are included in the price.
On Departure
You must check out by noon - and all you need to do is walk across to the terminal.
When Returning for Your Car
Just catch the transfer bus back to the car park to pick up your car. You need bus number 1. Drive to the exit and scan the barcode on your booking confirmation to get out - if the barrier doesn't lift, press the help button.
